Trust M3
The winning project for
Sync the City 2022
Overview
The Brief
Trust M3 was created during the annual Sync the City event which is held in Norwich. The service is NFT validation platform which leverages blockchain technology for verification of skills on individual's CV's. Using Trust M3 allows employers to confidently asses a candidate's abilities, as each NFT is awarded by a previous employer or verified institutions. This ensures that all achievements on the CV are authenticated, allowing businesses to hire qualified and credible candidates.
The Approach
As one of two designers on the team, I collaborated in building the interface - which started with wire framing and brand research. Our approach involved individually designing the same screens (e.g. CV page wire frames) before comparing and refining through feedback, and iteration.
Overview
The Brief
Trust M3 was developed during the Sync the City event in Norwich.
It’s a validation platform that uses NFTs and blockchain technology to verify skills listed on a person’s CV.
Each NFT is issued by a previous employer or trusted institution, acting as proof of a candidate’s experience or achievement.
This gives employers confidence that the information on a CV is genuine and helps them make better hiring decisions.
The result: a more transparent, trustworthy recruitment process for both employers and job seekers.
The Approach
I was one of two designers on the Trust M3 team, working collaboratively to shape the app’s interface.
We began with brand research and wireframing to lay the foundation for the user experience.
Our process involved each of us designing the same key screens (like the CV page), then reviewing together.
Through feedback and iteration, we refined our designs to create a cohesive and user-friendly interface.

Personalised NFT
As part of the hackathon, I designed a personalised NFT using Illustrator and Photoshop. During the final presentations, participants and viewers could scan their Sync the City experience, which allowed them to add the TrustM3 NFT to their own collection.

Wireframes
Low-fidelity
Due to the fast pace of the hackathon, we quickly moved into low-fidelity wire-framing. We also tested our concepts within the TrustM3 team to refine the user experience.

Mid-fidelity
After testing, we established brand guidelines that informed the developed designs. Inspired by Bitcoin apps and futuristic interfaces, we incorporated gradients and bubble elements as the visual identity for TrustM3.

Wireframes & Development
With extra time at the end of developing the B2C application, I developed a complementary B2B interface. This part of the TrustM3 concept was designed in order to help businesses recruit their talent based on potential employee's NFT-verified CV's.
